It's into
1983 that the farm was acquired from abroad Carl had 19 years and 21 year old Lorraine.
Both was graduated in zootechnology at ITA La Pocatière.
The farm counted at this time:



125 acres
27 Head, including 23 cows
with 5 500 kg milk average /cow
Quota : 13 kg/day
The barn was desuated without equipments and tools
The old barn

In 2007, the LORKA farm develop much. It counts 200 Holstein head today with an average of 10 000 kg
for a quota of 66.5 kg/day. The surface is now 280 acres and 100 more acres into wooded.

The herd classification is : 3 EX • 24 VG • 30 GP • 3 G
